I am ready for my own Yogi adventure.
First, let’s level. [For the past few months, I have struggled with looking at the scale. I’ve been building muscle and have seen some serious changes in my body. But seeing the scale go up 5-8 pounds discouraged me to the point where I chose not to look at it for a while.]
I weighed myself yesterday and came in at 209, the lowest it has been since I started lifting. I hope this means that my body is now losing fat while building muscle… make sense? So. Some goals…
